We're a company you can trust
Here at Wild West Children's Dentistry, we appreciate you allowing us to provide your children with exceptional dental care and we look forward to continuing our partnership. Because we value our relationship with you, we want to stress the importance of communication and understanding. Therefore, we have included further clarification below-regarding insurance claims/reimbursement and methods of payment.
Dental Insurance
Upon your child’s first visit, we ask that you provide us with the insurance information along with your insurance card- this will allow us to appropriately file your claim. If for any reason your insurance changes, please notify us immediately so that we can keep our records up to date and ensure proper and timely submission of claims.
We would like to emphasize that our relationship is with you and not your dental insurance provider- your dental insurance is a contract between your employer and the insurance company. Most dental insurance providers pay approximately 50-80% of the total cost for covered services; again we do not determine the percentage your dental insurance company covers.
We will file your claim as a courtesy; however, we are not legally obligated to do so. In some instances, dental insurance providers will not allow direct reimbursement to our office, so you will be responsible for payment in full for services at the time of treatment. You will then receive reimbursement directly from your dental insurance provider.
At Wild West Children's Dentistry, we provide all of our patients with the highest quality treatment and use the highest quality materials and medications. Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your child’s needed treatment. Our treatment recommendations are based on what is best for your child, not what your dental insurance will or will not cover. Any amount not covered by your dental insurance will be due at the time services are rendered. These fees may include; co-payments, deductibles, or services not covered by your dental insurance.
Prior to performing any treatment, we will provide you with an estimate of the total treatment cost, the portion your dental insurance is expected to cover, and your estimated out-of-pocket cost. If you have any questions regarding payments or insurance coverage questions please give us a call at any of our three locations.
